This program is designed to provide general liability coverage for contractors. New ventures are acceptable as well as companies subbing out up to 100% of the work. Blanket additional insured coverage is included on all policies. Waiver of Subrogation is available.

 

LOSS HISTORY

Three years of currently valued loss runs are required with the application submission. If loss runs are not available due to prior carrier insolvency, a signed and dated loss letter from the applicant will be considered.

 

SUBMISSIONS

A completed ACORD application and UCIA supplementary application along with loss history will be required prior to quoting. No account will be bound without broker and applicant signatures.
